No. We operate on a strict reservation-only basis. Unscheduled visits and walk-ins are not permitted.

A minimum 50% deposit is required to secure your dates.
Deposits can be made via:

Bookings are not secured until a deposit is paid.

The remaining balance must be paid in cash on arrival or by cheque.

  • Deposits are non-refundable

  • Cancellations made more than 48 hours before check-in may be rescheduled for weekdays only

  • Rescheduled bookings must be used within one month

  • Cancellations made 48 hours or less before check-in result in cancellation with no rescheduling

No. To maintain a peaceful and relaxing environment for all guests, music is not allowed on the property.

Only guests who rent the Deluxe Creekside Cabin have access to the private pool, general pool, jacuzzi, and creek.

Apartments are fully equipped with air conditioning, Wi-Fi, TV, kitchens for self-catering, hammocks, grills on the premises, and access to shared facilities at no additional cost.

We can accommodate up to 2 more persons in each unit at the cost of GYD 5,000 per person per night. You can bring your own airbeds, or we can provide mattresses.

Meals are sold separately, or guests are welcome to prepare their own meals using the apartment kitchens.

Yes. Guests are free to bring their own alcohol. Please drink responsibly and respect property rules.

Yes. Decor-only packages are available at $30,000 and must be arranged in advance
